Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility allots 56,70,303 rights shares

The Board of Directors of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited in its meeting held on Tuesday, 15th March, 2022 have considered and approved the allotment of 56,70,303 equity shares pursuant to Rights Issue to its existing equity shareholders as on the record date i.e. January 22, 2022 at Issue price of Rs. 82/- per Equity Share including share premium of Rs. 81/- per share and on application which constitutes 50% of the Issue Price (i.e Face Value of Rs. 0.50/- and Share Premium of Rs. 40.50/-) and the balance Rs. 41/- per Rights Equity Share which constitutes 50% of the Issue Price, will have to be paid, on one or more subsequent Call(s), as determined by the Board at its sole discretion.

The Basis of Allotment was finalised in consultation with the Lead Manager, the Registrar to the Issue and BSE Limited (the Designated Stock Exchange for the Rights Issue).

Shares of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 79.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 81.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 303559 in over 2537 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 81.40 and intraday low of 78.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 24179348.00.
