Data Infrastructure Trust allots units on rights basis

The Data InvIT Committee of the Board of Directors ('Committee') of Brookfield India Infrastructure Manager Private Limited, acting in the capacity of Investment Manager to Data Infrastructure Trust ('Trust'), on March 3, 2022 considered and approved in accordance with the Letter of Offer dated February 18, 2022 and the Basis of Allotment finalised in consultation with the lead manager, the registrar to the rights issue and BSE Limited, the designated stock exchange for the rights issue, allotment of 2,87,00,000 Rights Units to the eligible unitholders of the Trust for cash at a price of Rs. 110.46 per unit aggregating to approximately Rs. 3,170.20 million.
