Eveready Industries India Ltd announces resignation of Chairman and MD

Mr. Aditya Khaitan and Mr. Amritanshu Khaitan have tendered their resignations from the Board, as Non-Executive Director and Chairman and as Managing Director of Eveready Industries India Ltd, respectively, w.e.f. March 3, 2022, in view of the expression of interest from Burman Group, to enable the Company to benefit from new leadership and direction.

Shares of Eveready Industries India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 361.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 349.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 114311 in over 2199 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 369.00 and intraday low of 350.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 41194721.00.
