Mahanagar Gas Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 9.50

The Board of Directors of Mahanagar Gas Ltd at its meeting held on Tuesday, February 08, 2021 has approved the Interim Dividend of Rs. 9.50/- per equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 95 %) for the Financial Year 2021-2022 and fixed Friday, February 18, 2022 as the record date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders for the Interim Dividend.

The Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2021-2022 shall be paid to all the eligible shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration.

Shares of Mahanagar Gas Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 828.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 833.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26715 in over 2355 trades.
