PCBL Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 10

The board of directors of PCBL Ltd have approved the declaration of an Interim Dividend @ 500%, i.e. Rs. 10/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each, for the financial year ending 31st March, 2022 and fixation of Wednesday, 2nd February, 2022 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of the afore-said Interim Dividend.
