Vedanta Ltd to raise Rs. 1000 crores in NCDs

Vedanta Ltd proposes to offer Rated, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Cumulative, Non-Convertible Debentures aggregating upto ₹ 1000 Crores in one or more tranches and in this regard, is holding a meeting of its duly constituted Committee of the Directors on Monday, December 27, 2021. The above issuance is pursuant to the Board of Directors' resolutions passed at their meeting held on May 07, 2019 and October 03, 2020.

Shares of Vedanta Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 342.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 336.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 258012 in over 5043 trades.
