The Interim Resolution Professional had published invitation for Expression of Interest for Resolution Plans for Sintex Industries Ltd.

Pursuant to said Invitation for Expression of Interest for Resolution Plans, the Interim Resolution Professional has received Resolution Plans for Sintex Industries Limited from following Prospective Resolution Applicants:

1. Reliance Industries Limited jointly with Assets Care & Reconstruction Enterprise Limited
2. Easygo Textiles Private Limited (WELSPUN Group)
3. GHCL Limited
4. Himatsingka Ventures Private Limited and Mr. Shrikant Himatsingka and Mr. Dinesh Kumar Himatsingka

The resolution plans received shall be evaluated by the Interim Resolution Professional and then shall be placed before the Committee of Creditors, for its further consideration.

Shares of Sintex Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 9.91 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 10.11. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2959512 in over 5316 trades.
