Shivam Autotech Ltd revises issue opening date, closing date

The Board of Directors of Shivam Autotech Ltd at its meeting held on Thursday, 25 November, 2021, had approved the Rights Issue schedule as:

Issue Opening Date - Tuesday, 14th December, 2021
Issue closing date - Wednesday, 12th January, 2022

The Board of Directors in its meeting held today, Friday, 10th December, 2021 has decided to reschedule the issue-opening date of the proposed right issue of the Company as below.

Revised Rights Issue opening date - Friday, 31st December, 2021
Revised Rights Issue closing date - Friday, 28 January, 2022.
