DLF Cyber City Developers Ltd raises Rs. 1000 crore

DLF Cyber City Developers Limited ('DCCDL'), a material subsidiary of DLF Ltd, has approved allotment of 10,000 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ('NCDs') with 'CRISIL AA / Stable' rating of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- each at a coupon rate of 6.7% p.a. (~6.5% p.a.p.m.), payable on annual basis, with an aggregate principal amount of Rs. 1,000 crore [Date of Maturity: 30th September 2024] on private placement basis, to certain eligible investors.

Shares of DLF Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 400.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 416.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 331910 in over 7385 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 417.65 and intraday low of 394.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 133937822.00.
