Jamna Auto allots shares to promoters under scheme of arrangement

Jamna Auto Industries Ltd has announced that in compliance of order of the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana dated September 01, 2006 approving the Scheme of Arrangement of the Company in C.P. No. 40 of 2005, Board of Directors at their meeting held on October 13, 2006, has made the allotment of 8950000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each against conversion of promoters contribution of Rs 895.00 lacs in the Company under the Scheme of Arrangement.
