HFCL Limited forms two overseas subsidiaries

In order to cater the global demand of the products of HFCL Limited and also to expand the business operations and activities of the Company overseas in line with the Company's endeavor to become a global organization, the Company has incorporated two wholly-owned subsidiary companies, as below:

- HFCL Inc., a company registered in the State of Texas, in the United States;
- HFCL B.V., a private limited company registered in Amsterdam, in the sovereign state of the Netherlands.

Both the wholly-owned subsidiaries proposes to manufacture and trade Optical Fiber, Optical Fiber Cables, Telecom and Networking Products including research & development activities relating thereto.

Shares of HFCL Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 75.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 78.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 546096 in over 3953 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 79.95 and intraday low of 75.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 41971603.00.
