Swan Energy Limited to acquire stake in Veritas Polychem Pvt Ltd

Swan Energy Limited has executed a 'Share Purchase Agreement' with M/s Veritas (India) Limited to acquire 7,40,000 equity shares of M/s Veritas Polychem Private Limited (VPPL) @ Rs. 10/- each.

By virtue of the above agreement, M/s VPPL will become subsidiary of the company.
