NCLT approves merger of Steel Strips Ltd with SAB Industries Ltd

National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench ('NCLT'), has vide its Order dated 06.10.2021, received today, approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Steel Strips Limited (Transferor Company) with SAB Industries Limited (Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders.

Shares of SAB Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 72.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 68.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 734 in over 26 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 74.95 and intraday low of 61.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 52161.00.
