Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd updates on EC for for expansion of Ari Dongri Iron Ore Mines from existing 2.35 MTPA to 6 MTPA

Godawari Power and Ispat Limited has announced that the final presentation has been successfully concluded before the State Environmental Assessment Committee today the 07th January, 2026 at 02.30 P.M pursuant to the successful completion of public hearing for expansion of Ari Dongri Iron Ore Mines situated at Village Kachche, Dist: Uttar Baster, Kanker, Chhattisgarh from existing 2.35 MTPA to 6 MTPA with an increase in mining lease area from 138.96 Ha to 213.01 Ha.

The formal letter for grant of Environmental Clearance (EC) in this connection shall be issued in due course upon finalization of the minutes. After receipt of the Environmental Clearance, we shall intimate the same to you again.
