JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd announces revision of Long Term Rating by CRISIL

CRISIL Ratings Limited ('CRISIL'), has revised / assigned AA Rating to the Company's entire Long Term Borrowings of over Rs. 2,000 Crore with a Stable Outlook. The Long Term Rating of the Company now stands at CRISIL AA / Stable.

CRISIL has also assigned Top most Rating to our Short Term Commercial Paper Program of Rs.175 Crore at CRISIL A1+.

Shares of JK Lakshmi Cement Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 642.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 654.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 41142 in over 3084 trades.
