International Hometex allots 4 lacs shares @ Rs.27

International Hometex Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held July 13, 2006, inter alia, has allotted 4 lacs equity shares @ Rs 27/- per equity share (Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 17/- each) to M/s Prime Securities Ltd, Mumbai against share warrants in terms of Special Resolution passed at 15th Annual General Meeting held on September 15, 2005.

The share closed at Rs.12.70 in BSE on Friday.
