NTPC Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 3.15

The Board of Directors of NTPC Limited at its meeting held today, have recommended the final dividend of Rs. 3.15 per equity share for the financial year 2020-21, subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The final dividend is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs. 3 per equity share for the financial year 2020-21 paid in February 2021.

Shares of NTPC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.113.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 117.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1106003 in over 6683 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 118.2 and intraday low of 112.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 127386293.
