Eicher Motors Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 17

The Board of Directors of Eicher Motors Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 39th Annual General Meeting, approved dividend of Rs 17 per equity share of face value of Rs. 1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021. The Dividend shall be paid / dispatched within 30 days from the date of shareholders approval.
