Shiva Cement to allot 15000000 warrants

Shiva Cement Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 13, 2006 to consider the Allotment of 1,50,00,000 Equity share warrants to Promoters, Directors, their relatives and domestic strategic investors.
