A meeting of the Board of Directors of Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Ltd is scheduled to be held on Monday, May 24, 2021, to consider and approve audited financial statements of the Company (both standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2021.

The trading window is closed (i.e. from Wednesday, April 7, 2021 till Forty Eight (48) hours post the date of Board Meeting) for dealing in the securities of the Company.
