Wendt (India) Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 20

The board of directors of Wendt (India) Limited have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 20/- (200%) per equity share (on a face value of Rs.10/-) for the year ended 31st March 2021.

The dividend warrants, upon approval of final dividend by the shareholders at the 39th Annual General meeting, will be posted by 19th August 2021. In case of shareholders opting for NECS/NACH, the dividend would be credited to their accounts by 19th August 2021.

The company had also declared an Interim Dividend at Rs.10/- per equity share at its meeting held on 22nd January 2021 and paid on 18th February 2021. With this recommendation, the total dividend for the year ended 31st March 2021 aggregates to Rs. 30/- (Rupees Thirty Only).

Shares of WENDT (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3350 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3130. The total number of shares traded during the day was 721 in over 132 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3500 and intraday low of 3211.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2433469.
