Sagarsoft India Ltd board to announce third quarter results on Jan 18, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Sagarsoft (India) Ltd is scheduled to be held on Monday, the 18th January, 2021 to consider and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months period ended 31st December, 2020.

The 'Trading Window' will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the above said financial results.
