Sharda Cropchem Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 2 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Sharda Cropchem Ltd at its meeting held on October 28, 2020, has declared an Interim Dividend at the rate of Rs.2.00 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10.00 each for Financial Year 2020-21.

The record date for the purpose of Interim Dividend will be Tuesday, November 10, 2020.
