Manappuram Finance Ltd to raise Rs. 350 crore through private placement

The Financial Resources and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Manappuram Finance Ltd held on Thursday, 18th June 2020, approved the issuance of the Private Placement of Rated, Secured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs.10 Lakhs each for the amount of Rs.25 Crores with an option to retain over subscription up to Rs.325 crores aggregating to Rs.350 Crores.

Shares of MANAPPURAM FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.142.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 143.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 174897 in over 1661 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 144.7 and intraday low of 141.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 25053419.
