HSIL Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 3 for FY2020

The Board of Directors of HSIL Ltd at its meeting held on June 10, 2020, has recommended payment of Dividend @ 150% i.e. Rs. 3 (Rupees Three) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the year ended March 31, 2020 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the 60th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 19, 2020 and will be credited / dispatched on or before September 29, 2020 to the shareholders entitled for the same.
