PI Industries Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1 for FY20

The Board of Directors of PI Industries Ltd at their meeting held today i.e. 4th June, 2020 have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1 per equity share i.e. 100% for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. With this, total dividend for the year (including interim of Rs. 3 per equity share paid during the year) is Rs. 4 per equity share. The dividend, if approved, by the Shareholders will be credited / dispatched within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting.

Shares of PI Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1557.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1539.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8264 in over 1185 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1572.8 and intraday low of 1523.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12795469.
