Vakrangee Softwares to consider warrants issue

Vakrangee Softwares Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 13, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve the conversion of 22,50,000 warrants allotted by the Company on preferential basis on September 14, 2006 in to 22,50,000 equity shares and to make an allotment of these converted equity shares.
