Videocon Industries allots 17713 Equity Shares

Videocon Industries Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 03, 2008, has allotted 17,713 (Seventeen Thousand Seven Hundred Thirteen) equity shares pursuant to conversion of 180 (One Hundred Eighty) FCCBs in terms of issue of 5% Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds of US$ 1,000 each, due on March 07, 2011, at a conversion price of Rs 448.59 per equity share.
