CHD Developers allots 1 Crore warrants, 7.5 Lakh shares

CHD Developers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 28, 2008 has allotted 1,00,00,000 warrants and 7,50,000 Equity shares on preferential basis to the allottees belonging to non promoters group.

Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd was allotted 25,00,000 warrants at a Price of Rs 40/-

Punjab Bulls Investments (P) Ltd was allotted 75,00,000 warrants at a price of Rs 40/-

DB Corp. Ltd was allotted 7,50,000 shares at a price of Rs 40/-.
