Kaya Ltd to borrow from Directors of the company

The Board of Directors of Kaya Limited (the 'Company') at its meeting held today, i.e., Thursday, December 19, 2019 have approved the resolution to borrow Rs. 7,00,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Crores Only) each from Mr. Harsh Mariwala and Mr. Rajendra Mariwala, Directors of the Company.

Shares of Kaya Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.323.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 325.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 157 in over 71 trades.
