Cera Sanitaryware to reduce warrants issue

Cera Sanitaryware Ltd has announced that the Company has offered 10,00,000 warrants to the promoters group as per the resolution passed by the shareholder at their Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on January 21, 2008. The size of the issue of warrants is reduced to 8,00,000 warrants due to withdrawal of offer of 2,00,000 warrants by Ms. Deepshikha Khaitan, member of promoters group.
