Ansal Properties allots 1 Crores debentures to LIC Mutual Fund

Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 27, 2008, has allotted 1,00,00,000 Secured Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures (SRNCD) having the face value of Rs 100/- each, for cash, at par (i.e. aggregating to Rs 100 crores) by way of private placement to LIC Mutual Fund, Mumbai (in short "LICMF"), having the tenure of less than 365 days.
