Agro Dutch allots 1580000 shares upon conversion of Warrants

Agro Dutch Industries Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors at its meeting held on February 27, 2008 has allotted 15,80,000 (Fifteen Lacs Eighty Thousands) equity shares upon the exercise of conversion option of warrants.

The allottees include Vishwa Calibre Builders Pvt Ltd - 10,00,000 shares, Penta Homes Pvt Ltd - 4,00,000 shares, Mr. Gurpreet Singh - 1,20,000 shares and Mr. Malvinder Singh - 60,000 shares.

These 15,80,000 equity shares shall rank pari-passu charge in all respect with the existing shares of the Company.

The paid-up share capital of the Company after allotment of these shares stand increased to Rs 31,81,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty One Crores Eighty One Lacs Only) from Rs 30,31,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Crores Thirty One Lacs Only).
