Computer Point allots 30 Lakh shares on conversion of warrants

Computer Point Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 27, 2008, has allotted 30,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each fully Paid-Up on conversion of 30,00,000 warrants issued on preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.4.36, up by Rs.0.09 or 2.11%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4.45 and low of Rs.4.10.

The total traded quantity was 13557 compared to 2 week average of 16725.
