Inspirisys Solutions Ltd update on change in the name of Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Dubai

The name of "ACCEL FRONTLINE DMCC", a wholly owned subsidiary of Inspirisys Solutions Limited (Formerly Accel Frontline Limited) has been changed to "INSPIRISYS SOLUTIONS DMCC".

Shares of Inspirisys Solutions Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.42.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 46.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 221 in over 34 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 43.3 and intraday low of 40.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9275.
