Pioneer Investcorp allots 15 Lakh Warrants

Pioneer Investcorp Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2008, has allotted 15,00,000 Warrants (convertible into one Equity Shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each) to Mr. Gaurang Gandhi, Promoter and Managing Director of the Company at a price of Rs 630/- per Warrant (including a premium of Rs 620/- per Warrant) pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders of the Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on December 18, 2007.
