JIK Industries re-allots 854941 shares

JIK Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2008, has considered and approved the Re-allotment of 8,54,941 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each @ a premium of Rs 13.60 per share (i.e. aggregate price of Rs 23.60 per share) to Promoter Mr. R G Parikh as per Hon'ble BIFR Orders dated March 05, 2007 and May 25, 2007.
