Garware Marine allots 820000 Warrants at Rs 25

Garware Marine Industries Ltd has announced that the Shares / Warrants Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on February 11, 2008 has issued and allotted in accordance, with the SEBI (DIP) Guidelines 2000, 8,20,000 Warrants of Rs 10/— each at a price of Rs 25/— per warrant to Promoters and Non—Promoters.
