Monnet Ispat allots 979455 equity shares

Monnet Ispat Ltd has announced that the Company has increased the paid-up equity share capital by making an allotment of 979455 equity shares of Rs 10/- each upon conversion of 640 FCCBs due 2010 and 28 FCCBs due 2011.
