GV Films allots 2610000 shares

GV Films Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 08, 2008, has allotted 26,10,000 shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 10.30 on conversion of 60 FCCBs of US$ 10,000 each aggregating US$ 6,00,000 as per the offer document.
