Gennex Laboratories to consider allotment of 25 Lakh shares

Gennex Laboratories Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 19, 2008, inter alia, to consider Allotment of 25,00,000 — Equity Shares of Rs 10/- issued at a premium of Rs 19/- per 25,00,000 — Equity Warrants convertible to 25,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- issued at a premium of Rs 19/- per share on a preferential basis.
