Shreyas Intermediates to issue FCCB for US $ 30 million

Shreyas Intermediates Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 05, 2008, has decided to issue Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds of the value of United States Dollars 30 million, subject to the Shareholders approval and the approvals of the other regulatory / statutory authorities.
