SREI Infrastructure Updates on Scheme of Arrangement

SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has announced that the Scheme of Arrangement between SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd (Transferor Company) and SREI Infrastructure Development Finance Ltd (Transferee Company) has been approved by the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta on January 28, 2008. The Scheme shall become effective on receipt and filing of the Certified Copies of Order of the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta with Registrar of Companies, West Bengal, Kolkata.
