Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd grants 1 crore stock options

The Compensation Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd has, at its meeting held today i.e. March 9, 2019, granted, under the 'Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2013', 1,00,00,000 (One Crore) Stock Options representing an equal number of equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each in the Company, at an exercise price of Rs. 702/-, being the latest available closing market price on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, as on March 8, 2019. The Stock Options so granted, shall vest within 5 years beginning from March 10, 2020, the first vesting date. The options vested under each of the slabs, can be exercised within a period of five years from the relevant vesting date.
