Granules India Board to recommend final dividend

Granules India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 16, 2006, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Annual Accounts for the year 2005-06, Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended September 30, 2006 and recommendation of final dividend for FY 2005-06.
