VBC Industries Ltd has announced that the members at the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the increase of Authorised Share Capital from Rs 25,00,00,000 divided into 2,50,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to Rs 60,00,00,000/- divided into 6,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each ranking pari passu with the existing equity shares.
