Tricom India Board to consider stock split

Tricom India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 31, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Approval of the unaudited quarterly results & the text of the advertisement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2007 along with Limited Review Certificate from Statutory Auditor.

2. Split the face value of equity capital of the Company.
