Metropolis Healthcare Limited has fixed Friday, March 20, 2026, as the Record Date to determine shareholder eligibility for its 3:1 bonus equity shares. This follows board recommendation on February 04, 2026, and shareholder approval via postal ballot announced March 09, 2026.
