AXIS Bank allots 9325 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 9,325 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 24.12.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5,13,97,90,392 (256,98,95,196 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 5,13,98,09,042 (256,99,04,521 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.614.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 621.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 311866 in over 3182 trades.
