IndiaNivesh Board to consider interim dividend

IndiaNivesh Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 16, 2008, inter alia, to approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2007 and to consider and declare Interim Dividend, on the Equity Shares of the Company, as the Board may decide.
